Daya M.K. Developers

Our office is tucked away in Malleshpalya Extension in Bangalore. The address is 24, T3 on the 12th Main Road. We are Daya M.K. Developers. Bangalore is a very busy city these days and the roads near New Tippasandra are always full of traffic. Our office is actually inside a residential building. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. We just have a small space where we look over our construction drawings and handle the bills. Most of the time we are out at the actual building sites checking on the progress. This office is just our base. It has a few chairs and a table covered in papers. We don't have a receptionist to greet people. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to me or one of the guys on the site. We do small local projects and some property work. It’s a small team and we have known each other for years. We aren't trying to build the tallest towers in India. We just like building good houses for local folks. It is a simple life and we stay pretty busy. Sometimes we sit on the balcony and have tea while we talk about the next project. We don't use fancy language or have big mission statements. We just build things.
