Dart Express Pvt Ltd operates out of the Sterling Park Apartments in Bangalore. We are in unit A-403. It's a bit of a different setup being in an apartment complex, but it works for us. Bangalore traffic is famous for being a mess, so we spend a lot of time planning routes to avoid the worst of it. We are a courier and logistics setup. We deal with lots of parcels and documents every day. Some days the lobby is full of bags waiting to go out to the airport. We try to keep it tidy, but with deliveries coming in and out, it’s a constant battle. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in the courier business for years. We know the shortcuts around the city. The office is simple. We have a few desks, some sorting bins, and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s more personal that way. We spend our time making sure everything is labeled right and goes to the right truck. Karnataka is a big place, and we cover a lot of ground from this little spot in the 560092 area. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace. Every package has a person waiting for it.
