Our office is located at 1C/48 in HAL 3rd Stage. We are quite close to Thippasandra Circle, which is a landmark most people in this part of Bangalore know well. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of movement. We’ve been doing construction work from this spot for some time. The building we are in is tucked away just enough to be quiet but still close to the main circle. Most of the time, our days are filled with looking over site plans or talking to vendors. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or the phone. If you’re coming from the circle, it’s only a short walk. We like being in HAL 3rd Stage because it feels like a real community. The shops around here are great for a quick lunch break. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way so we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We deal with all sorts of building projects that come our way. Sometimes things get a bit messy with blueprints and samples all over the tables, but that's how we work. We’re just local people doing construction work in the area we know. It’s pretty basic here, no leather chairs or glass walls, just a place to get the job done without extra fuss. It works for us.
