We are located in Bangalore, right in the middle of all the building that’s going on in Karnataka these days. Our office is a busy place where we handle the day-to-day of construction work. It’s not one of those sleek tech offices you see all over Bangalore now. Ours is more about boots, hard hats, and stacks of cement invoices. We have a small group of people who keep the records and handle the logistics for the sites. There is always someone coming in to talk about a site issue or a delay with a material delivery. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to make sure the workers have what they need to get the job done. The coffee in the office isn't great, but it keeps us going during the long afternoons when the heat picks up. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is mostly how people hear about our work. We just focus on the actual building part and making sure everything is solid. The traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time planning our routes to the different sites to avoid getting stuck for hours. It’s a lot of grit and sometimes a bit of stress, but that’s just how the construction business is. We’ve been working around the city for a while and we know the local rules pretty well. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
