Damden

Damden is located right on Thavarakere Main Road in Koramangala. The building is called Damden Yerra. If you've ever driven through this part of Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be, so we usually tell people to leave a bit early if they're coming to see us. Our space here is where everything happens. It’s a lot of phone calls, site visits, and looking at spreadsheets. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We aren't really into those shiny presentations that some companies do. We prefer to just sit down at the table and show you what we have been working on. There are usually a few of us here at any given time, unless we are out checking on a project. We keep things pretty straightforward. If a pipe is in the wrong place or a wall needs to move, we talk about it and fix it. We don't use much jargon because it just confuses things. People around here seem to appreciate that we are just normal folks doing a job. The office is functional, with plenty of light, which is good because we spend a lot of time staring at small details on a screen or a page. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s just how we operate daily on this busy Koramangala road and it works for us.
