Our place is on the second floor of a building in the Nandagokula Layout. It’s 6, 3rd Main, right off the 4th Cross on Thanisandra Main Road in Nagawara. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the directions to people, but once you’ve been here a couple of times, it’s easy to find. Daksha Synergy Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our waking hours. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with enough room for our desks and some storage. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical environment for a practical business. We get quite a bit of dust coming in from the main road, so we’re always cleaning the windows, though it never seems to stay clean for long. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't spend much time on long meetings or talking about big visions. Instead, we just get on with the day’s tasks. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re all rushing around, and other times it’s a bit more relaxed. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep things moving. It’s just a standard office setup where we do our best to stay organized and get the job done without making a big deal out of it. There's usually a bit of a breeze from the balcony in the afternoons.
