Our office is over in HSR Layout, tucked away on 9th Main in 7th Sector. It’s house number 383. Working in HSR means we see the neighborhood change every single day. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and then we head out to see how the work is going on the ground. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, a lot of files, and a map of the area on the wall. We’ve been here for a while now. Some days are just filled with paperwork, which nobody likes but has to get done so the projects don't stall. We get a lot of locals dropping by to ask about what’s being built nearby. It’s usually a bit dusty because of all the construction around us. We try to keep things simple. If there’s a problem at a site, one of us just goes there and tries to sort it out right away. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just one of the guys finishing up lunch or talking to a contractor. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes we miss a call because we’re out back or stuck in traffic on the way to a site. It's just a regular business trying to get things built without too much fuss or extra talk about how great things are.
