D V Nayak & Associates is based in the Ooliga Complex. We are on the 2nd floor, so you have to walk up some stairs to get to us. The address is on Hoskote Main Road within the Malleshwaram kiadb Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of the city with lots of factories and trucks moving around. The Ooliga Complex has been around for quite some time and it shows its age a little. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and plenty of shelves for our folders. We don't have fancy lights or expensive carpets. It’s just a place where we do our daily work. Being in the industrial area means it can get a bit loud with all the machinery nearby. Parking on Hoskote Main Road can be a real struggle some days. We’ve had this office for a good number of years now. We know the other people in the building and we help each other out. The 2nd floor is a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our furniture is pretty old but it still works fine. It’s a practical spot for a business like ours. If you find the complex, just head upstairs and look for the name on the door.
