We are located in HRBR Layout 5th Block, on 17th Main and 30th B Cross. Our office is number 1854. This neighborhood is where we spend most of our time managing property projects. It’s a busy place with a lot of construction always happening nearby. We handle the development side of things, so there’s always a lot of coordination with site managers and contractors. Our office isn't anything too fancy; it's just a functional space where we get things done. We have a team of people who know the real estate market in Bangalore inside and out. We spend most of our hours looking at project timelines and talking to customers. People come by to see the models of the buildings or to sign papers. It can get a bit chaotic when there are multiple projects going on at once. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff here. We just tell people what we are building and what the price is. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we’ve seen the ups and downs of the market. HRBR Layout is a good home for us, it's a bit more relaxed than the city center but still has plenty going on. We just keep our heads down, focus on the buildings, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving.
