Microland Ltd. is based at 401, Block A, inside the Cyberpark in Electronics City Phase 1. If you know Bengaluru, you know that Hosur Road is famous for its traffic. Many of us spend a lot of time just trying to get to work in the morning. Once we are inside the Cyberpark, it is a bit quieter. Our office in Block A is a large space because we have a lot of people. It is full of computers, server racks, and people wearing headsets. Electronic City is the tech hub, so we are surrounded by other big companies, but our daily life is mostly just sitting at our stations and solving technical problems. The 401 office is not particularly fancy; it is just designed for efficiency. We have a lot of meetings, and there is always someone fixing something. The weather in Karnataka is usually decent, which helps when you have to walk across the campus. We have a pantry where people hang out and drink coffee to stay awake during long shifts. The address mentions Karnataka 5, and we are right there in the middle of it. It is a very standard tech office environment where the focus is on the screen in front of you. We do not have a grand mission statement on the wall. We just keep the systems running and wait for the weekend.
