Cutting Edge Architects

Our office is tucked away in Malleswaram on the first floor of a building on 1st Cross. If you know Sampige Road, you know it's always crowded and full of life. We are at Flat-A, number 20. It is a bit of an old-school spot, but it suits what we do. We have been working out of this space for quite a while. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of architectural books that we’ve collected over the years. Cutting Edge Architects sounds like a big name, but we are actually a small crew. We spend our mornings going over site plans and our afternoons checking on how things are looking on the ground. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to head home when the shops nearby start closing. We deal with all sorts of people, from neighbors wanting a small change to their house to folks planning something bigger. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw the plans and try to make sure everything fits where it’s supposed to. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Malleswaram community. Most of our clients come by word of mouth because we’ve been around the block a few times and people know our faces.
