We do our daily work out of House No 11/1 here in the city of Bangalore. It is a bit of an older building if we are being honest, but it works perfectly fine for what we need to get done. Dealing with global real estate solutions from a house address might sound a little bit different to some people, but it is where our team feels comfortable. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for property matters across different parts of India. There is usually just a handful of us here most days, mostly focusing on the technical side of things and sorting through piles of real estate data. Bangalore is a huge, fast-moving place, but we have found a good rhythm in this specific spot over the years. The office inside is not overly decorated or anything like that. We mostly just have our desks, some chairs, and a whole lot of wires running everywhere for the computers. It gets the job done and that is what matters to us. Working in Karnataka keeps us very busy because the market here is always shifting around. We do not really bother with big advertisements or marketing. Most of our work comes through the existing network we have built up. It is a lot of phone calls and typing emails throughout the day. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late to catch up with people in other time zones, but that is just part of the job. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork.
