You can find our office at Kavery Nagar, right on the Kathriguppa Main Road in Banashankari 3rd Stage. We are at Sy No 114/1, house number 3. It is a busy part of Bangalore, but it feels a bit more local than the big tech parks. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors and the local shops. Our day usually starts with a lot of coordination. We handle property tasks and various administrative duties. It isn’t always the most exciting work, but it is necessary. We have a small team, and we all pitch in where needed. There is no hierarchy where people are too important to pick up a phone or check on a maintenance issue. We just try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the city. We aren’t trying to change the world; we are just trying to manage properties well. We value being practical and honest. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and then try to find someone to fix it. That is basically how we spend our time here. It is a simple office for simple, hard work.
