Curry With A K

We set up Curry With A K on St Marks Road at number 41365. It’s a pretty well-known street, so finding us isn’t too hard for most people. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen a lot of people walk past our front door. The kitchen is where we spend the bulk of our time, and it’s usually a bit of a mess with all the spices and pots we use. We don't try to make things look perfect because that's not how real cooking works. Our staff is just a small group of people who know how to get things done. St Marks Road is always busy with cars and pedestrians, so there’s always something to look at if we have a free moment. We get a mix of people coming in, some who are in a hurry and some who want to take their time. We just try to get the food out as fast as we can without rushing the quality too much. It’s a lot of hard work standing on your feet all day, but we’re used to it by now. We didn’t write any big mission statements when we opened; we just wanted a place where we could cook and serve people. Being at 41365 is good for us, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. It isn't always easy but we make it through each shift together.
