We are located on the second floor of a building in the MLA Layout, over in R.T. Nagar. It's a fairly quiet spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to look over environmental system plans. The office has big windows, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on our screens. There are four or five of us usually in here, surrounded by files and some old equipment models. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site data. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby. Usually, you’ll just find one of us drinking coffee and trying to figure out a technical problem. We deal with water and waste systems mostly, so there’s a lot of boring paperwork involved in that. The 4th Main road gets a bit crowded during lunch, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to work. We’ve got stacks of reports that need filing and sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it. We don’t have a script for when people call; we just answer and try to help with whatever they're asking about. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this post area for some time, and the local shops nearby know us well. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the projects on our desks and making sure the calculations are right before we send them out.
