Our office is at 1-2, 2nd Cross on Cambridge Road in Ulsoor. It’s a nice little corner of the city. We’ve been here at Cryovac India Pvt. Ltd. for quite a while. The building isn't the newest, but it’s got a bit of character and it serves us well. We handle packaging materials and systems, which is a bit more technical than it sounds. Most of the time, we are just helping people figure out the most practical way to wrap or seal their products. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we don't really need a lot of rules or formal meetings. We just talk across the desks to get things done. Ulsoor is a busy area, but our street is a bit tucked away from the worst of the traffic. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don't go in for any of that corporate polish. Our walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It’s a comfortable place to work. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of samples coming in, but we usually find what we need eventually. We just like to keep things moving and make sure our customers get what they asked for without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far in this part of town.
