Our office for Crossroad Logistics Pvt.Ltd. is situated at number 29, on 8th B Main. We are in the Sri Nidhi Layout within Vidyaranyapura. Bangalore is a big city, but this corner feels a bit more grounded than the tech hubs. We’ve been operating from this 560097 area for some time. The work involves a lot of coordination between different people. We spend hours on the phone and looking at maps of the city and beyond. It’s not always easy, but we manage to stay on top of things. The office space is pretty basic. We have a few computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a small corner for making tea. Vidyaranyapura is a nice part of town to work in. It’s got a good mix of houses and small businesses. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs right and make sure everything is handled for the logistics side of things. There is no corporate ladder here, just a small group of people working together every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit for it to come back, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don't have any scripted lines about our goals. We just come in every morning and start going through the pile of tasks waiting for us on the desk. It’s honest work and we are happy with that setup.
