Green Grass Growers

Green Grass Growers is based out of House No. 47 on Dr T. C. M. Royan Road. It’s an old house, not a modern office building, which suits us just fine. There is usually a bit of mud on the porch because we’re constantly moving plants and lawn supplies in and out. The street outside is often quite congested, especially with the market nearby. Inside the house, we’ve converted the front rooms into our working space. There are bags of fertilizer in the corner and stacks of garden tools leaning against the walls. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much time sitting at desks. Most of our day involves planning layouts or checking on the health of the grass we’re growing. The air in the office always smells a bit like damp earth and cut grass. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or any formal dress code. We just wear what’s practical for working outdoors. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. The neighbors are used to seeing our trucks parked out front. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find parking on T. C. M. Royan Road, but we make do. It’s a lived-in space that feels more like a home than a business. We just focus on our plants and making sure the work gets done right for the people who hire us. It’s simple work but we stay busy throughout the whole year.
