We are located right above the ICICI Bank in the Kempaiah Complex. If you know Vidyaranyapura, you probably know the spot on 4th Main Road in the BEL Layout 2nd Block. Cosmos Fitness Gym has been a part of this area for quite some time. It's not one of those massive, air-conditioned luxury clubs you see in the mall. We’ve got weights, some treadmills, and enough space for everyone to get through their workout without bumping into each other too much. The mornings are usually the busiest time here. You can hear the plates clanking and the music playing from the street level. We open up pretty early to make sure the office crowd can get their session in before they head to work. The staff mostly just hangs out by the desk or helps someone with their form if they look like they’re struggling. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we just keep the fans running. It’s a local place where people actually know each other’s names. We don’t have fancy juice bars or anything like that, just a water cooler and a place to put your bag. Most of our members live just a few streets away, so it’s a very neighborhood-focused kind of gym. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is a bit slow, so most people just take the stairs up to the workout floor.
