We are based over at 29, Appareddypalaya in Indiranagar. If you’ve spent any time in Bangalore, you know how busy this area gets with all the cars and people. At Concorde Motors India Ltd, things are pretty much always on the move. There is usually the sound of engines or the clatter of tools coming from the back. We don't have a quiet, carpeted office where everyone sits still. Most of us are on our feet all day, dealing with logistics or talking to folks about their vehicles. The floors get a bit oily sometimes, and the uniforms aren't always spotless, but that’s what happens when you’re actually working. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we’ve seen the streets around us get more and more crowded. It can be a bit chaotic during the rush hour, but we’ve learned how to manage. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just tell people the truth about what’s going on with their cars. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to finish, but nobody really complains much. We just grab some food from the place nearby and keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it done properly so we can go home.
