Concept Promotions Pvt Ltd is out in Chikka Bellandur, at number 29. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city center, but we like the space we have here. We do a lot of the hands-on work for promotional stuff, so having a bit of room to move around is important. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we are usually pretty busy. There are boxes stacked in corners and samples of things we've made lying around on different tables. We aren't the type of place that cares much about fancy decor. Our days are spent talking to vendors, checking on production, and making sure the deliveries are going out to the right places. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix it and keep moving. The team is a mix of younger kids who are good with the digital side and some older folks who know how to get things made. We eat lunch together most days, usually ordering something from the small shop down the road. It’s a simple life, focused on getting the orders out the door. We don’t have a lot of big speeches about what we do. We just do the work, send the invoices, and start over again the next day. It’s how we’ve always operated.
