Concept Homes

We’re over in HSR Layout, Sector 7, specifically at No. 966 on the 9th Main. We’re right across from where the old Subhiksha used to be, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know. We call ourselves Concept Homes, but really we’re just a small group of people who help folks get their houses built or renovated. The office is pretty basic and functional. We have a few desks, some samples of tiles and wood finishes, and usually a lot of half-drunk cups of tea laying around. HSR is a busy area these days, and we’ve been watching it grow and develop from our window for a long time. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of building. It’s not just about drawing pretty pictures; it’s about making sure the plumbing works and the walls are straight. We talk to contractors every day, sometimes twice or three times, to make sure things are moving along on schedule. It can be stressful when materials don't show up on time or the weather turns bad, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything like that. If you call, you’re talking to the same person who might be visiting your construction site later that afternoon. We like being local and knowing the people we work for.
