College Architecture Studio

College Architecture Studio is based out of Kasturi Nagar, right across from the BBMP office. We are on 2nd H Main Road, which is a fairly convenient spot for us to get around from. The name of the studio sounds a bit formal, but we are actually quite informal in how we work. Most of the time, the office is just a place for us to gather our thoughts and put them down on paper. Being in Kasturi Nagar means we have a lot of local shops around, so lunch is usually a quick walk down the street. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been doing this for years and others who are just starting out. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; if the work is there, we stay until it’s finished. There is always a lot of talk about structure and how to make things more efficient. We aren't interested in being the biggest studio around. We just want to work on projects that make sense and don't overcomplicate things. The office can get a bit cluttered with rolls of blueprints and catalogs, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but it’s a productive mess. We just focus on the next task and try to keep our clients happy by being honest about what can be done within their budget.
