Cmmi Level 5 N Six Sigma Initative

Our place is on Begur Road in the Hongasandra area of Bangalore. We are at number 7, Shri Lakshmi Nilaya. It’s right across from the Apr Kalayana Mantapa, which is a big landmark around here. You often hear music or see crowds when there’s a wedding going on over there. Our office is more on the serious side, though. We deal with a lot of process stuff and quality initiatives. The name on the door is a bit long, but the office is just a practical space with desks, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a lot of time looking at how things are done and trying to find ways to do them better. It’s a lot of data and talking through steps. Begur Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood knows us. We aren't a huge corporation; we're just a group of people who are really into the details of how businesses run. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and we're there working. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for hours, but that’s just how it is when you’re looking at Six Sigma stuff. We try to keep things organized, even if the office gets a bit cluttered with papers. It’s just how we operate. We like the location even with the noise and the busy weddings across the street. It feels alive.
