We’ve been here in Indira Nagar for a while now, right on 7th Main in the HAL 2nd Stage area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets busy, especially with all the shops and people moving around. Our office at number 3795 is where most of the daily stuff happens. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place with desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and property papers. Someone is usually on the phone talking to a contractor or checking on a site. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep going. It’s mostly about dealing with the paperwork for land and houses. People drop by to ask about plots or just to see what’s available in this part of the city. We have some tea, talk about the market, and look at the blueprints. The traffic outside can be a bit loud during the afternoons, but inside it’s just the usual office noise of typing and people chatting. It is a straightforward operation here. We don’t do anything too complicated, just the usual estate work that needs doing. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the middle of everything in HAL. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years from our windows.
