We are located out at Plot No.20 in the KIADB Industrial Area in Doddaballapur. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s where all the space is for a place like ours. Cipsa-Ric India Pvt Ltd. has been operating from this site for a good bit now. The building is large, mostly concrete and steel, which is what you need for this kind of work. Most days, the air is full of the sound of machinery. We’ve got a crew that shows up early and stays late when the schedule gets tight. It isn't always easy keeping everything running smooth, especially with the power cuts now and then, but we manage. The office part of the building is pretty plain, just some desks and old filing cabinets. We focus more on what's happening on the floor than on decorating the place. You won't find any shiny brochures here. We mostly deal with parts and technical stuff that people need for their own projects. Being in the industrial area means we have plenty of neighbors doing similar things. It’s a hardworking part of the world. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure nothing leaves the gate that isn't finished properly. Sometimes we run out of coffee, which is a disaster, but otherwise, we get through the week just fine. It's honest work and we're glad to be doing it here in Doddaballapur.
