If you find yourself in Indiranagar, specifically near the Old Police Station Road, you might see our office. We are at No.283, a building called Lotus. It’s situated on the 6th Cross in the 1st Stage, right off CMH Road. That area is always buzzing with people and shops, so there is never a quiet moment outside our windows. This is the marketing division for Cipla, so it’s mostly about managing accounts, talking to vendors, and keeping track of the local market needs. We have a lot of files and computers humming along all day. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes finding parking on these narrow streets is a bit of a challenge for the visitors and the staff alike. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and it has a certain character that you don't get with those glass towers. The staff here is a mix of older hands and some newer people, all just trying to navigate the daily requirements of the pharma industry. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations for ourselves; we just get the work done. The 1st Stage of Indiranagar has changed a lot lately, with new cafes popping up everywhere, but we just stick to our routine at Lotus. It’s a grounded place where the focus is on the logistics of getting medicine information out there where it belongs. We just try to stay organized and keep the paperwork moving through the system.
