Ciel & Terre India

We are up on the 10th floor of the RMZ Latitude Commercial building, right on Bellary Road in Hebbal. It is quite a spot because we can see the traffic piling up on the flyover and the planes heading toward the airport. Being near the Godrej apartments makes it easy for people to find us. At Ciel & Terre India, we do something a bit different—we work on floating solar projects. Our office is a mix of high-tech vibes and the usual office mess of coffee mugs and charger cables. Even though we are in a fancy building, we are pretty down-to-earth people. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of reservoirs and lakes where our systems might go. It is a bit strange to think about solar panels floating on water while we are sitting high up in a building in the middle of the city. The elevators here are fast, which is good because we are always running in and out for meetings. We have a lot of engineers here who get excited about things like mooring lines and buoyancy, and sometimes the talk gets a bit technical, but we try to keep it simple when we are explaining things. It is a busy office with a lot of energy, and we enjoy the view of the city while we figure out how to put more solar on the water. It gets quite windy up here sometimes.
