Chromgene Biotech Pvt Ltd. is based at number 150 on Thindlu Main Road. We are part of the Sir Mv Layout in Virupakshapura, which is a relatively quiet part of the city compared to the main hubs. Being a biotech company, our daily life involves a lot of time spent in the lab or looking at data on our screens. It’s not the kind of work where you get your hands dirty with oil, but there is a lot of precision involved. The building is a standard size, and we have tried to make the best use of the space we have. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a plus. We often walk down Thindlu Main Road during our lunch breaks to get some fresh air and food. The atmosphere inside is usually quite focused, as everyone has their own tasks to get through. We aren't really a big corporate giant; we are just a group of people working on technical things in a neighborhood setting. Sometimes we have visitors coming in to see our setup, and we just show them what we are currently working on without any fuss. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, especially when experiments don’t go exactly as planned. We just keep at it and show up every morning to start again, trying to make some progress in our small corner of Virupakshapura.
