Chinnappa & Associates

Chinnappa & Associates is based at Commerce House, which is on the 2nd floor, right above the Chandrika Hotel. Our address is 210 Cunningham Road, but we are also connected to the ITI Ancillary Industrial Estate on Whitefield Road. It’s a bit of a specific location to find if you aren’t looking closely. Being above a hotel means there is always a smell of food drifting up, which can be a bit of a distraction when it’s close to lunchtime. The office itself is quite functional. We have a lot of old wooden desks and cabinets filled with folders. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always some noise from trucks or machinery nearby. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. We spend our time working through various projects and keeping our records straight. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise just coming into work. We don't have a lot of modern bells and whistles in the office. It’s just a place where we sit down, do our work, and talk through whatever issues come up during the day. It feels like a real, working office where things actually get done. We’ve been here for quite some time and are used to the busy, gritty feel of the neighborhood.
