Chef Bakers

We are Chef Bakers, and you can find us up on the 1st floor at 275 Abdhul Rahman Street. We’re located in the Indira Nagar area, which is usually buzzing with people. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to us, but most people don’t seem to mind. The space we have is filled with the smell of flour and sugar most of the day. It’s a small operation, really. We spend most of our time at the back where the ovens are. The front area has a glass case where we put whatever we’ve made that morning. It’s not a fancy showroom. The lighting is a bit dim and the floor is often covered in a light dusting of flour, no matter how much we sweep. We’re just a local bakery trying to make a living on Abdhul Rahman Street. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us, the ovens, and the bags of ingredients stacked in the corner. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to scramble to get things ready, but we always manage somehow. Indira Nagar is a good place to be, even if it gets crowded. We’ve been at number 275 for a while now and we know the other shop owners on the street. It’s just a normal job for us, and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We just try to keep things simple and get the baking done on time.
