Chandy John

My place is located at 201/1 Residency Road 8, over on Brunton Road in the Royal Residency. It’s a bit of a different setup than a big office building. Chandy John is really just about the work I do from this spot. Residency Road is a busy part of town, but Brunton Road feels a little more tucked away. I’ve been here for a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls, paperwork, and meetings. It’s a small operation, so I handle most things myself or with a couple of helpers. I don't go for the corporate look. My desk is usually covered in notes and files. People find me because they need someone who knows the local area and how things work around here. It’s not about being the most famous name in the directory. It’s about being the person who actually picks up the phone and gets things sorted. The Royal Residency has a certain character to it. I like being in this part of the city. There’s a good rhythm to the day here. I don't have a marketing department to write fancy stories. I just tell people what I can do and then I do it. It’s simple and it works for me and the people I work with. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just good, solid work every day. It's just me and my desk, getting things done. No fuss.
