Our office is located at M-2/8 in the 8th Block of Koramangala. Chandavarkar & Thacker Architects Pvt Ltd has been around for quite some time, and we have seen the city change a lot. Our workspace is full of history, with old files and drawings from decades ago stacked on the shelves. It is not a very tidy place, but we know where everything is. We work on a wide variety of projects, from small houses to larger commercial spaces. We don't like using a lot of fancy jargon to impress people. We would rather just show them a plan that makes sense. A lot of our time is spent discussing how to make a building more comfortable without spending a fortune. The team here is like a small family, and we have been working together for a long time. We still do a lot of things by hand, though we have computers for the final versions. Koramangala 8th Block is a nice area to work in, and we like being part of this community. If you are walking around M-2/8, you can see us through the windows most evenings. We tend to stay late to finish up the day’s work. It is just a regular office where we try to build things that last for a long time.
