Chanakya Book House

We are over in S.G Palya Main Road at Chanakya Book House. If you know where Christ University is, we are basically right there. The shop is on the first floor, so you have to walk up the stairs. It is at 63/32 on the 2nd Cross. It gets quite crowded in this part of Bangalore because of all the students living nearby. There are always bikes parked everywhere on the street. Inside, we have mostly academic stuff and whatever else people are looking for. It is not a huge space, but we try to keep things organized on the shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a few people are looking at the same section. We deal with a lot of second-hand things too, so you might see some old covers. The 560029 area is always moving. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. It is just a regular place where we spend our days. We don't do much fancy decorating. The walls have some posters and the counters are a bit worn down from use. You can hear the traffic from the main road even when the door is shut. It is just how it is in Sadduguntepalya. Most people just drop by after class or on their way home. We have been here for a good while now, and it just feels like home to us.
