CEMA ELECTRIC LIGHTING PRODUCTS INDIA PVT. LTD. is based on the 2nd floor of number 18, Narayana Reddy Layout. We are right at the 3rd Cross, just off the 80 Ft Road in the 6th Block of Koramangala. Koramangala is a lively place to be, with plenty of cafes and shops around us, though we are mostly focused on what’s happening inside our own four walls. Our office is where we handle the administration and planning for our lighting products. It’s a practical space with desks, some sample lights, and plenty of paperwork. We don't have a big, fancy reception area because we don't get many random visitors; most of our work is done with long-term partners and distributors. The team here is a mix of people who have been in the lighting industry for years and some newer faces. We don't really use corporate slogans or have those big motivational posters on the walls. We just come in, check the production schedules, and make sure the logistics are moving as they should. The traffic on 80 Ft Road can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, but that’s just part of working in this neighborhood. We are a straightforward group. We know our lights and we know our numbers, so we just keep the business moving along day by day. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Bangalore, and we like the pace of it all.
