If you find yourself on 50 Feet Road in Indiranagar, you might spot our place at 421/O. We’re in the 1st Stage, which is a pretty active part of the neighborhood. Cards Solutions Inc. is basically just a group of us working out of this space. Indiranagar has changed a lot over the years, and the traffic on 50 Feet Road can be a real headache some days, but being centrally located has its perks. Our office is functional—lots of desks, some printers that occasionally decide they don't want to work, and stacks of card samples everywhere. It’s not one of those sleek offices you see in magazines. We have mismatched chairs and a coffee machine that we have to poke a certain way to get it to start. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and checking orders, making sure the details are right. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing, so we try to keep the atmosphere light. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers hovering over us. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat, or a delivery driver gets lost trying to find the entrance. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but it’s our version of normal. We like being in this part of town because there's always something going on outside the window.
