Our office is situated on the 10th floor of Brigade Towers at 135 Brigade Road. This is in the Jyotiba Nagar area of Nigdi, out in Pimpri Chinchwad. Being up on the 10th floor gives us a pretty good view of the area, though we’re usually too busy with cameras and printers to look out the window much. This branch of Canon India is a busy place. We handle a lot of the service and support for this part of the city. The office is full of technical gear, boxes of toner, and various camera parts. It’s not a quiet place; there's always the sound of someone testing a printer or talking on the phone with a customer. We have a team of technicians who know how to fix things, and they’re often out on the road visiting clients. Pimpri Chinchwad is a huge hub, so there’s never a dull moment. We don't go for corporate polish. We’re more of a hands-on service center. Our desks are messy and we drink way too much tea. We focus on getting the equipment back to the users as fast as we can. Working in Brigade Towers is nice because the building is well-maintained, but we’re just regular people doing a technical job. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we know a lot of our regular customers. It’s a good community to be a part of.
