Canara Flex

Over at 39/A on the 5th Main in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, you will find Canara Flex. Being in one of Bangalore's biggest industrial zones means we are always in the thick of things. The traffic on the way to Bommasandra is legendary, so our day usually starts with a bit of a struggle just to get to the gate. Once we are inside the unit, though, things settle into a rhythm. The space is largely taken up by materials and the machines we use for our flex work. It is a high-ceilinged building that can get quite breezy when the doors are open, which is nice given how much heat the equipment generates. We aren't a corporate office with cubicles and quiet hallways. It’s a loud, active place where people are moving around and things are being moved constantly. We have a small corner for the administrative stuff, but most of the action happens on the floor. We have worked with the same people for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal processes to get things done. We just talk to each other and get the orders ready. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't spend time on fancy presentations; we just focus on the rolls of material and the specific requirements of the day. It’s a busy life here in the industrial suburb.
