Cadd Centre

So, we are based over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, right at The Hotworks Boulevard, number 92. If you know the area, you know it's a pretty active place to be. Cadd Centre has been sitting here for a bit, mostly focusing on design software and teaching folks how to use those tools properly. It’s not really about being flashy. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of coffee to get through the afternoons. Most of the time, the rooms are full of people staring at blueprints or 3D models on their monitors. It gets a bit quiet when everyone is concentrating, which is fine by us. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird hum, but nobody seems to mind once they get into their work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just helping people learn a skill that might help them get a better job or finish a project. The streets outside can get jammed up during rush hour, so we often stay a bit late just to avoid the traffic. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve seen a lot of students and professionals come through these doors. Some stay for a few weeks, others for longer. It’s just how it goes here. We keep the place tidy enough, though there’s usually a stack of manuals somewhere that needs sorting. It is just a practical space for learning.
