C Venkateshwara Security & House Keeping Services

We are based out of Ganganagar on Ghod Dhod Road, which is right near Reva College. C Venkateshwara Security & House Keeping Services started as a small idea and grew into this little office we have now at number 6. We handle two main things: keeping places clean and keeping them secure. Most of our staff are out at different sites, so the office is often just a couple of us managing the schedules and talking to our workers. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger books. We don’t use any high-tech management software; we just keep track of everything the old-fashioned way. The area around Reva College is always lively with students, which makes the walk to work interesting. Our office is simple, with just some plastic chairs and a big water cooler. We don't put on any acts here. If the floors need mopping, we do it ourselves. We hire local people and we work with local clients. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Sometimes things get hectic when someone calls out sick, but we always find a way to cover the shift. We’ve built a reputation around here just by being around for a long time and knowing how to handle the basic needs of a building.
