Jain Cupcakery

Jain Cupcakery is our little baking spot over in C.V. Raman Nagar. Specifically, you can find us on 6th G Cross in the Kaggadasapura area. We aren't a massive commercial bakery with assembly lines. It’s just a small kitchen where we spend our mornings surrounded by flour and sugar. The smell of baking usually fills the air around 6th G Cross pretty early in the day. We started Jain Cupcakery because we really just enjoyed making these treats and thought others might like them too. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of trays coming out of the oven at once. We don't have a fancy storefront with neon signs. Most people find us by following their nose or hearing about us from someone else in C.V. Raman Nagar. It’s a lot of hard work, standing on our feet for hours and making sure the frosting is just right. Sometimes things get a bit messy, with flour on the floor and bowls everywhere, but that’s just how baking goes. We aren't trying to be a world-famous brand. We just want to make something sweet for the people in our neighborhood. Kaggadasapura is a busy place, but our little corner feels like home. If you are around 6th G Cross, you’ll probably see us through the window working on the next batch of cupcakes. It is a simple life filled with the sound of timers.
