C N C Die Castings

We are located in Vijaya Nagar, specifically in the M V R Layout within H B R 2nd Block. Our workshop is right behind Manasa Theater, so you can usually hear the movies if the wind blows the right way. We do die casting work here, which means our days are filled with the sound of machinery and the smell of hot metal. It’s a greasy, loud environment, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We started this small unit because there was a need for local casting work that didn't require ordering from a massive factory far away. We handle different types of molds and try to get the measurements exactly right, though sometimes a machine acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It isn't a clean office job. We wear overalls and our hands are usually stained with oil. Most of the guys working here have been with us for a long time, so we know how each machine likes to run. We don't have a marketing department; we just get orders from other local businesses that need parts made. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, especially when a client is waiting on a specific component to finish their own project. We just stay late and get it done.
