C C Architechs

It is usually pretty quiet when we first open up here at Basaveshwara Nagar. Our office is at 322 Lbs Marg, right where the traffic starts to pick up around nine. C C Architechs is just a small team, and we’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time. The office itself isn’t anything special to look at. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a lot of old rolls of paper tucked into the corners. Most mornings involve a lot of coffee and trying to find where someone left the measuring tape. Lbs Marg stays busy all day, so there is always a bit of a hum from the street noise coming through the glass. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we are right there working. Sometimes the light in the back flickers, but we haven’t gotten around to fixing it yet. Basaveshwara Nagar has plenty of places to grab a quick snack, so we usually head out for a bit in the afternoon. It gets dusty being so close to the main road, but we manage. The shelves are mostly full of old folders and some samples we’ve had for years. It’s just how we work. We stay busy with the drawings and the phone rings more than you’d think. It is a simple setup for a bunch of people just doing their jobs every day.
