You can find us at BVG House on Millers Tank Bund Road. It’s an older part of Bangalore, right across from Mahaveer Jain Hospital. We take up the first and second floors of number 47. Bvg India Ltd does a lot of different things, mostly facility management and keeping large places running. It’s a big operation, but in this office, it feels more like a local hub. We have people coming in and out all day—cleaners, supervisors, and office staff. It gets pretty frantic when we’re coordinating shifts for different buildings across the city. The stairs are a bit steep, but the view of Vasanth Nagar is okay. We spend our time managing schedules and making sure the equipment is working. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We deal with everything from cleaning to maintenance. There’s always a stack of logbooks on the desks and someone's lunch heating up in the corner. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Vasanth Nagar is a good central spot, even if the traffic on Millers Road is a bit much in the evenings. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the lights are on and the floors are scrubbed in the places we look after. It's about being reliable and showing up when we said we would. The hospital across the way is always busy, so there’s a constant stream of people around us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
