Building Plans & Estimates

Working in construction and planning takes up most of our time at Building Plans & Estimates. We are situated at 2272 Pune Nagar Road, right in the Yelahanka New Town area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks passing by all day. Our office is mostly filled with large rolls of paper and old computers. It isn't the prettiest place to look at, but it’s where we get everything done. We’ve been here since the road was a lot quieter than it is now. Usually, it’s just two or three of us in the office at any given time because the others are out at sites. We do the math and the drawings that people need before they start digging. It’s tedious work sometimes, but someone has to do it. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign or hear about us from their neighbors. The air conditioner in the back room makes a loud rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. We drink a lot of tea while we look over blueprints. It’s a straightforward business. We don't promise anything crazy, we just give people the numbers and the plans they need for their projects. If you need to find us, look for the blue door near the intersection. We’re usually there from early morning until the sun goes down.
