We are located on the ground floor of No.58 in HMT Layout, which is over in RT Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot because we are tucked away right behind the RT Nagar Police Station. Buildia Housing Projects India Pvt Ltd is the full name on our documents, but most people just know us as the folks working in this office. We deal with housing projects, as you might guess from the name. It’s a lot of planning and managing different sites around Bangalore. The office itself is quite simple. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators every time we need to head out to a site. We’ve been in RT Nagar for a good while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s got a bit of everything. Sometimes it’s a bit hectic being near the police station with sirens going off, but mostly it’s just a regular working day for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We just want to get the houses built and make sure everything is done right. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and companies, and we handle all that from our little corner here in 560032. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes.
