Build Ventures

Build Ventures is up on the third floor of GVR Plaza, specifically at A-306. We are located on L R Bande Road in the Kaval Byrasandra area, which is part of the R T Nagar post in Bangalore. Bangalore traffic being what it is, getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge some days, but once you’re here in GVR Plaza, it’s a good place to work. We are in the construction and venture business, so our office is always full of site plans, samples of materials, and people coming in and out from different projects. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor if you don't take the lift, but it’s good for keeping the legs moving. We have a few cabins and a main area where the rest of us sit. It’s a functional space. We don’t have fancy rugs or designer furniture. We use sturdy tables that can handle heavy folders and rolls of paper. Kaval Byrasandra is a busy neighborhood, and we’ve got a lot of local shops and small eateries around us where we usually grab lunch. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a dedicated group of people trying to manage building projects and business ventures from our office here. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, but mostly we just focus on getting the day's tasks done. We’ve been here for a while and have become a regular part of the building’s daily life.
