Build Me A Home

Build Me A Home is located on 6th Cross in Dr Shivaram Karanth Nagar. We’ve been here in Bangalore for quite some time now, just down the road from Hegde Nagar. Building houses is what we do every single day. It involves a lot of bricks, cement, and checking that the walls are actually straight. We spend the majority of our time at different construction sites, so the office is mostly used for meetings or storing our smaller tools. It’s not one of those big, shiny corporate offices you see in the city center. It’s just a simple space with a desk and some chairs. When someone wants to build a house, we sit down to talk about what they need, and then we get to work digging the foundation. It’s hard labor, and the weather here in Bangalore doesn't always make it easy for us. Sometimes the heavy rains just stop everything, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone involved. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. We know this neighborhood well. 1st Main Road is usually quiet, which is nice. We take on one project at a time so we can stay focused. Building a home takes months of waiting for things to dry and pipes to be installed. We don’t make huge promises; we just try to build a solid place for people to live. Most people find us by word of mouth because they saw a house we did down the street. We don’t do much advertising.
