Btm Veterinary Polyclinic

We’re located at No.66, right on the 11th Main in BTM Layout 1st Stage. Most people around here just tell others we are opposite the water tank, which is a lot easier than giving the full address. It’s a landmark everyone knows. Being a veterinary polyclinic, we get a lot of barking and meowing throughout the day. It’s never really quiet here, but that’s just part of working with animals. The space is set up to handle the dogs and cats that come in, though sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a few big dogs in the waiting area at the same time. The traffic on 11th Main can be a real pain, especially in the evenings, so we usually see people rushing in just before we close. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits by now. It isn't a shiny, high-tech lab you see on TV, but we have the tools we need for the pets that live around BTM. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy after a busy shift, but we clean it up and start again the next day. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the doors, wait for the first patient to arrive, and deal with whatever walks in, whether it’s a tiny kitten or a grumpy old dog.
