Maruthi Agencies

Working out of the 2nd floor here in the Banashankari BDA Complex means we get plenty of exercise on the stairs. Maruthi Agencies has been in this 14th Main spot for a bit, and it’s always a lively area to be in. The complex is constantly moving with people coming and going for all sorts of errands. Up here on the 2nd floor, it’s a bit quieter than the ground level, which is nice when we need to focus on the paperwork. We have our desks set up near the windows so we can see what’s happening outside on 24th Cross. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and deal with the street noise. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We spend our mornings sorting through the mail and catching up on what needs to be delivered. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up carrying things ourselves, which keeps us busy. It’s a practical space, nothing too fancy, just enough room for the files and the phones. We usually grab a quick coffee from the stall downstairs around eleven. The day goes by pretty quick when there are people calling and things to organize. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks one by one. It's a simple life here and we like the people we work with.
